HrOUG 2026 will be held on 14-17.10.2026 on the Red Island in Rovinj

IMPORTANT DATES:

1.3. - 31.5. = Call for Papers. Time to submit your lecture or workshop

1.7. - 15.8. = EARLY BIRD (all tickets can be purchased at an early bird price that is 10% lower than the regular ticket price.

16.8. - 30.9. = regular ticket price

1.10. - 15.10. LATE BIRD (all tickets purchased during this period will have a 10% higher price than the regular ticket price)

1.7. - The program with all confirmed lectures and workshops will be published on the conference website

1.9. - The official agenda will be published on the conference website

Planned timetable:

14.10. - Opening of the conference at 18:00, followed by dinner, welcome drink, and evening socializing

15. and 16.10. - lectures from morning to evening, evening socializing

17.10. - closing of the conference after lunch, excursion for lecturers in the afternoon
