Tickets can be paid for by bank transfer or credit card (It will be activated within a few days)

For processing credit card payments, we use HT Payway.

VALIDITY PERIOD OF PRICES:

Blind Bird prices (-20%): June 1st - June 30th 

Early bird prices (-10%): July 1st – August 15th

Standard prices: August 16th – September 30th

Late bird prices (+10%): October 1st – October 15th

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS:

• Members of HrOUG (Legal entities) are entitled to one free ticket or two if you have paid the partner membership fee if you have not already used the tickets at the JavaCro conference
• Members of HrOUG are entitled to a 10% discount on all tickets except for the ticket for an accompanying person - If you did not receive a discount code, please contact the organizers by email at [email protected]
• All companies that pay for 10 tickets will receive the 11th ticket for free. The number of paid tickets does not include the ticket that is free based on the paid membership fee.

ACCOMMODATION

When filling in additional information, participants can reserve hotel accommodation. Hotel reservation from the applications will be forwarded to our official travel agency One four Travel (Stenjevcica 7, 10090 Zagreb, VAT: 51542291147), which will contact you. For any questions regarding hotel bookings and transfer arrangements, feel free to contact Matija at [email protected] or Kristijan at [email protected].

Accommodation prices at the conference hotel, Island Hotel Istra:

Single room: €159.00 per night

Double room: €129.00 per person per night

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION / CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT:

If participation is canceled by 30.9. the organizer will refund 80% of the amount paid for the tickets.

If participation is canceled after 1.10. the organizer will refund 50% of the amount paid for the tickets.

Change of participants (so that the new participant has all the necessary accreditations) is possible until 10.10.
