Blind Bird prices (-20%): June 1st - June 30th
Early bird prices (-10%): July 1st – August 15th

ACCOMMODATION
When filling in additional information, participants can reserve hotel accommodation. Hotel reservation from the applications will be forwarded to our official travel agency One four Travel (Stenjevcica 7, 10090 Zagreb, VAT: 51542291147), which will contact you. Accommodation prices at the conference hotel, Island Hotel Istra:
Single room: €159.00 per night
Double room: €129.00 per person per night
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION / CHANGE OF PARTICIPANT:
If participation is canceled by 30.9. the organizer will refund 80% of the amount paid for the tickets.
If participation is canceled after 1.10. the organizer will refund 50% of the amount paid for the tickets.
Change of participants (so that the new participant has all the necessary accreditations) is possible until 10.10.
